# Lettrage automatique à la validation

Comme dans la saisie en vrac, vous pouvez lettrer les comptes également depuis la saisie par journal.

En effet, lors de la validation de votre grille de saisie, vous pouvez déjà choisir si vous souhaitez valider en brouillard ou valider définitivement la grille.

Pour cela, cliquez sur la flèche du bouton valider pour choisir la fonction de votre choix ![](/files/19BqImyn9sBNTw2xDUQR).

Dans les deux cas, les messages d'alerte s'affichent pour que vous puissiez choisir de la suite à donner au traitement :

1. Le premier message vous indique notamment que des lignes lettrables ont été détectés et si vous souhaitez le lettrer.
2. Si vous validez le lettrage, le choix entre "**Lettrage manuel**" et "**Lettrage automatique**" à la validation s'affiche.

Dans votre grille, le pictogramme![](/files/1kKakT0IciSYQJs8nQoA)s'affiche sur les lignes lettrées automatiquement ou alors une fois que vous l'aurez fait manuellement.
