# Ventilation analytique des lignes d'écriture

Selon la gamme de votre abonnement, vous allez pouvoir saisir, pour une même ligne d'écriture, autant de codes analytiques que d'axes analytiques sélectionnés dans les options du module.

Le champ code analytique apparaît si vous avez choisi l'option de gestion analytique - **menu** **Options/Divers**. Vous ne pouvez saisir une valeur dans cette zone que lorsque les paramètres du compte autorisent la saisie de codes analytiques.

1. Cliquez sur <img src="/files/spDJTrJwcb2rV97lq6FE" alt="" data-size="original">pour ventiler en plusieurs codes analytiques le montant débit ou crédit d'une même ligne d'écriture.
2. Cliquez sur ![](/files/SLi1r0T0xlmjScXWC1dp) **\<INSER>** pour créer les différentes affectations analytiques.\
   \
   Vous devez alors renseigner les champs **Code analytique** et **Pourcentage d'affectation analytique/Montant d'affectation analytique**, ou sélectionner une des grilles de répartition analytique paramétrées au préalable dans le **menu** **Fichiers/Analytique**.

Si une grille de répartition analytique a été paramétrée pour un compte comptable, le logiciel effectuera automatiquement la multi-affectation analytique.
