# Mes tickets

Cette page affiche la liste des tickets ajoutés aux contacts.

Vous pouvez filtrer les tickets : 

* Par statut
* Par département du collaborateur (si activé)
* Par collaborateur responsable du ticket
* Par code action
* Par période

Un clic sur la ligne ouvre la fiche du contact pour consulter le détail du ticket.

A partir de cette liste, vous pouvez en fonction de la personnalisation retenue, afficher le statut du ticket et son temps de traitement (TTO) en fonction du délai paramétré dans la fiche de paramétrage du ticket.
