# Départements

## Introduction

Les départements permettent de grouper les collaborateurs ayant le même poste, la même situation géographique ou effectuant des activités similaires au sein de l’entreprise.

Une fois les départements créés, vous pourrez les associer à vos collaborateurs.

Ils pourront servir de **critères dans la recherche d'actions**, mais aussi de **droits d'accès aux contacts**. En effet, dans les paramètres des fichiers de contacts, une option vous permet de limiter leur accès à tel ou tel département. Ainsi, pour tous les utilisateurs appartenant à un département non autorisé, ces fichiers ne seront même pas visibles.
