Pour commencer vous devez souscrire à un pack e-mails. Pour cela, vous devez vous rendre à votre espace abonné, **menu Votre abonnement/Souscrire à un pack** et choisir **pack emails** dans le sélecteur.

Vous devez enregistrer vos fichiers de base pour commencer.

Par exemple, lors de la création des fichiers de contacts, vous pourrez leur associer des codes familles. Cette donnée peut ensuite être utilisée comme critère de sélection pour votre e-mailing.
