# Statistiques

## Introduction

Le module d'e-mailing vous permet de suivre en temps réel **les statistiques d'envoi sur les campagnes réalisées**.

Cet outil vous donne, sous forme graphique et extrêmement ergonomique, des informations liées à :

* La réception des e-mails
* La lecture des e-mails
* Le suivi des liens
* Les demandes de désinscription, etc.

Toutes les statistiques vous sont données avec l'information calendaire liée à l'événement (date de lecture du mail par exemple).

Les statistiques d'envoi sont incrémentées pendant une période de 20 jours suivant l'envoi. Après cette période, les statistiques seront conservées, mais ne seront plus enrichies de nouvelles informations.

Vous pouvez par ailleurs éditer tous **les noms de domaines** contenu dans un fichier de contacts.
