# introduction
La fonction **Vision 360°** vous permet un accès simple à tout ce qui pourrait avoir un rapport avec votre client.
Vous pouvez notamment accéder des événements enregistrés dans la CRM jusqu'au générateur d'états pour créer une édition multicritères.
Cette fonction est également présente dans le module de CRM.
Pour accéder la Vision 360°, vous avez le bouton et le pictogramme  situé en haut à droite des fenêtres où cette fonction est présente.

Certaines options s'affichent lorsque vous êtes également abonné aux modules concernés.
Vous allez pouvoir sinon, accéder aux pièces commerciales, aux statistiques de facturation, historique des ventes et achats, entre autres.
