Vous pouvez redimensionner les colonnes de votre liste des contacts. Il suffit de vous positionner sur les lignes verticales séparant les titres des colonnes : cliquez et glissez la ligne. Les colonnes se redimensionnent automatiquement.

1. Cliquez sur ![](/files/O7j1I8AIccYawyLOOwbh) ou **\<F4>** sur la ligne du dépôt auquel vous souhaitez ajouter un contact.

Le tableau des contacts du dépôt est dans la partie inférieure de l'écran.

2\. Cliquez sur ![](/files/jFyE08zJGoThc7iQQVaP) ou **\<INSER>**.

3\. Renseignez les champs.

Aucun champ n'est obligatoire. Cependant, si vous entrez une valeur dans l'adresse e-mail, sa cohérence sera testée.

Lorsque le tableau des contacts est affiché vous pouvez directement envoyer un e-mail à l'un de ces contacts en cliquant sur son adresse e-mail.
