# transferer-un-prospect-en-client

Lorsqu'un prospect devient client, vous avez la possibilité de le transférer directement dans le fichier clients. Tous les contacts du prospect sont également transférés.

1. Cliquez sur ![](/files/Gan25H36hQc1kGgSUyCS)ou **\<F4>** sur la ligne du prospect à transférer.
2. Cliquez sur \[Client].
3. Validez le message de confirmation.

La fiche prospect disparaît alors du tableau et devient accessible depuis le menu Clients.

Le champ **Numéro de compte** du nouveau client est renseigné de façon automatique par application de la règle définie dans le **menu** **Options/Comptabilité**, partie **Règles de paramétrage par défaut des numéros de comptes comptables** - **Clients** (préfixe + code client). Vous pouvez néanmoins le modifier.

Lors du transfert d'un prospect en client, certaines zones non obligatoires en saisie de prospect peuvent s'avérer nécessaires au niveau de la fiche client, notamment si vous avez mis en place des champs complémentaires, **menu** **Fichiers/Personnalisation**.

Après tout transfert de prospect en client, il est conseillé de vérifier et de compléter, si besoin, les fiches clients.
