# facturer-un-appel-doffres

Vous pouvez générer la facture directement depuis l'appel d'offre.

1. Cliquez sur ![](/files/fOn35OFkgG6OeQjsQJq8) ou **\<F4>** sur la ligne de l'appel d'offres à transférer.
2. Cliquez sur ![](/files/X5WVuIAmqNstSnzfo3P9).
3. Renseignez le numéro de la facture émise par le fournisseur et la date de facturation.
4. Sélectionnez dans la liste des fournisseurs celui qui a remporté l'appel d'offres.
5. Cliquez sur ![](/files/iORBeoSuPGkpdUhmMMtw) ou **\<ENTREE>**.

La facture fournisseur est immédiatement créée et visible dans le menu **Factures** avec, dans son objet, un commentaire précisant à partir de quel appel d'offre elle a été créée.

Une fois l'appel d'offre transféré, il disparaît du tableau. Cochez l'option **Inclure les appels d'offres transférés** pour le retrouver.
