1. Cliquez sur ![](/files/fOn35OFkgG6OeQjsQJq8) ou **\<F4>** sur la ligne de l'appel d'offres à transférer.
2. Cliquez sur ![](/files/PxaOWPWpgDiehj0L1CUI).

Ce bouton est visible lorsqu'il y a au moins une ligne article sur l'appel d'offre.

3\. Indiquer le fournisseur ayant gagné l'appel d'offre.

Le sélecteur vous propose tous les fournisseurs (5 au maximum) indiqués dans l'appel d'offres. Sélectionnez celui qui a remporté l'appel d'offres et pour lequel sera générée la commande.

3\. Cliquez sur ![](/files/iORBeoSuPGkpdUhmMMtw) ou **\<ENTREE>**.

La commande créée est visible dans l'option **Commandes**. Vous pouvez la modifier avant son impression et sa validation si besoin.

Une fois l'appel d'offre transféré, il disparaît du tableau. Cochez l'option **Inclure les appels d'offres transférés** pour le retrouver.

La pièce créée à l'issue du transfert reprend l'utilisateur auteur du transfert en tant qu'émetteur et non pas l'utilisateur ayant créé la pièce d'origine.

Lorsque vous transférez votre appel d'offre, si une pièce non validée existe déjà, un message s'affiche pour vous indiquer qu'il faut d'abord valider la pièce existante avant de faire un nouveau transfert.

**Exemple** : transfert d'une commande en BR, alors qu'un BR non validé existe déjà pour la commande en question.
