# valider-un-avoir

Un avoir validé ne peut plus être ni modifié ni supprimé.

Le statut "Validé" est aussi un critère de sélection lors de la génération du journal comptable des achats.

Pour valider un avoir, vous devez tout d'abord le sélectionner dans le tableau des avoirs.

Vous avez aussi la possibilité de valider vos avoirs de façon globale grâce à l'outil de validation groupée (option Traitements, onglet Opérations groupées).

1. Cliquez sur <img src="/files/u9qfdRxBThP5VAFWgIxn" alt="" data-size="original"> ou **\<F4>** sur la ligne de l'avoir à valider.
2. Cliquez sur <img src="/files/FEaYuNHsAXUnBqYfq2aT" alt="" data-size="original"> ou sur <img src="/files/ziGPh6ZJkZyBUGGFQpY2" alt="" data-size="original">, selon le choix que vous avez fait par la flèche situé du côté droit du bouton.

En cliquant sur <img src="/files/FEaYuNHsAXUnBqYfq2aT" alt="" data-size="original">, le logiciel valide la pièce sans la quitter. Le bouton <img src="/files/ziGPh6ZJkZyBUGGFQpY2" alt="" data-size="original"> valide votre pièce et vous repositionne sur la liste des pièces.
