# dupliquer-une-facture

Vous pouvez avoir une facture fournisseur dont la commande est similaire ou identique à une autre déjà existante dans votre tableau. Pour faciliter votre travail de saisie, vous pouvez la dupliquer, et modifier juste les données différentes de la facture dupliquée.

**Vous avez deux options pour dupliquer une facture** :

### **Par la ligne du tableau d'affichage**

a) Cliquez sur <img src="/files/lOjyiBOi9Lazn5JeRFoc" alt="" data-size="original"> ou **\<Ctrl>\<Inser>** sur la ligne de la facture à dupliquer.

b) Le logiciel vous place sur le nouveau numéro de facture en suivant le compteur automatique.

c) Effectuez les modifications nécessaires.

d) Cliquez sur <img src="/files/36g7thwo46WNgXCLkzEF" alt="" data-size="original"> ou **\<Entrée>**.

### **Par le mode modification**

a) Cliquez sur <img src="/files/u9qfdRxBThP5VAFWgIxn" alt="" data-size="original"> ou **\<F4>** sur la ligne de la facture à dupliquer.

b) Cliquez sur <img src="/files/3hPDYzc8W5bMIKyPXJtA" alt="" data-size="original">.

c) Saisissez un numéro pour la nouvelle facture.

d) Effectuez les modifications souhaitées.

e) Cliquez sur <img src="/files/36g7thwo46WNgXCLkzEF" alt="" data-size="original"> ou **\<Entrée>**.
