# dupliquer-un-avoir

La duplication est une bonne option lorsque vous souhaitez créer une nouvelle pièce.

En effet, s'il y a des éléments en commun entre la pièce d'origine et celle que vous souhaitez créer, cela peut représenter un gain de temps.

L'utilisateur réalisant une duplication de pièce, devient son émetteur. Même si la pièce d'origine était établie par un autre utilisateur.

1. Cliquez sur le pictogramme ![](/files/R5JqImta3YyJEslja4iD) sur la ligne de l'avoir à dupliquer.
2. Effectuez vos modifications.

Par exemple, les données dans le champ **objet** qui, à part vos éventuelles saisies, peut contenir aussi les références concernant un transfert d'une autre pièce. Ces informations ne sont peut-être plus pertinentes dans votre nouvelle pièce, vous devez donc les effacer.
