# creer-une-fiche-prospect

1. Cliquez sur<img src="/files/1bzjcpnSCSA77nJpw9u3" alt="" data-size="original">**\<INSER>**.
2. Renseignez au minimum les champs "Code prospect" et "Raison sociale".
3. Cliquez sur<img src="/files/MeJugpj4iXg9h1iUljhC" alt="" data-size="original">**\<ENTREE>**.

**Famille** : ce champ vous permet d’affecter le prospect à une famille. Cette affectation vous permettra d'effectuer certaines éditions en utilisant cette donnée comme critère de sélection.

**Date d’archivage** : cette date n’est pas modifiable car elle est automatiquement renseignée par le logiciel dès l'archivage de la fiche prospect.

## Créer un contact prospect

1. Cliquez sur<img src="/files/5BNOFjEc9yNc0eTputT8" alt="" data-size="original">dans la partie **Gestion des contacts et autres adresses chez le prospect** située dans la partie inférieure de votre fiche client.
2. Renseignez les champs.

Aucun champ n'est obligatoire. Cependant, si vous entrez une valeur dans l'adresse e-mail, sa cohérence sera testée.

Vous pouvez directement envoyer un e-mail à l'un de vos contacts en cliquant sur son adresse e-mail.

Notez que l'option Même adresse que celle de la fiche principale est activée par défaut. Vous pouvez la décocher et saisir une adresse différente pour le contact.

3\. Cliquez sur<img src="/files/MeJugpj4iXg9h1iUljhC" alt="" data-size="original">**\<ENTREE>**.

### Créer un contact ultérieurement

Vous pouvez à tout moment enregistrer un nouveau contact dans une fiche prospect. Il suffit de passer par la modification de la fiche comme suit :

Cliquez sur<img src="/files/Cq6gHvFX5J5Gpcb6WkPw" alt="" data-size="original">**\<F4>** de la fiche prospect dans laquelle vous souhaitez ajouter un contact.

Ensuite, suivez les étapes de création du contact décrites ci dessus sous le titre **Créer un contact prospect**.
